Fitness classes are included in all our memberships.
BOX FIT
A high intensity group training session which develops cardiofitness, strength, agility and teaches the fundamentals of boxing.
COMBO
The ultimate combination class. This class combines strength, cardio, muscular endurance, flexibility, core and functional training. Designed to push you, make you sweat, and increase overall functionality of your body.
HIIT
This class alternates between bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods, helping to improve cardiovasular endurance, build strength, and burn calorise efficiently!
ABT
Abs, butt, thighs! This class focuses on targeting the lower body and core through strength training and core stabilization workouts.
STRENGTH
Weights based resistance training, focusing on toning the muscles and strengthening the entire body. This class is a must to boost your metabolism, burn fat and keep the muscles strong.
HIIT BOOTY
Build, shape lift and tighten that Booty in a fun lower body workout that will keep your booty in check all year round.
PILATES
This mat pilates class will build strength, flexibility and lean muscle. tone up with an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, transforming the way your body feels and moves. This class will make you more resistant to injury and enhance core strength and posture.
YOGA
A mind, body and soul connection to enhance vitality and a sense of well being. Yoga helps with posture, strength and improves flexibility. Each session offers a different style of Yoga.
